About
After receiving a Master of Fine Arts degree in 2005, I moved to New York City. During the next seven years, I was a college professor of studio art and graphic design and an actively exhibiting artist.
In 2012, I moved to Chicago and focused on design. I was the Creative Director for several startups, in addition to freelancing on large accounts, such as Marlboro, Famous Footwear and the Oprah Winfrey Network.
I started working on the Sony account at Merkle in 2014. In the spring of 2018, I moved to Denver while continuing to produce award-winning work for the Sony account. In particular, I led the creative for Sony Rewards’ new mobile app and website and the supporting marketing efforts for this massive launch.
In 2023, my wife, Jena, and I branched off and started Klare Creative, our own full-service marketing agency. We offer the same multichannel capabilities of a bigger agency but with the agility, efficiency, individual attention and cost of a small shop.
